Life is hard and full of unforeseen circumstances that lead us into feeling challenged in one form or another whether with yourself, your relationships, work, etc. What we find is that we feel like we’re stuck in old patterns and that they are not serving us anymore. Coming to therapy can help you learn how to unpack all the challenges and learn better more healthy ways to navigate your journey. And I will do it with you.

Each individual is different and has to be looked at on a case by case basis. Sometimes we find that with short-term goals such as navigating career changes or a recent break up we may only need a couple months to sort though what’s bothering you. For long-term goals such as a major depression episode, changing core belief systems, working through trauma it might take longer. We will sort it out together.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 415-326-6354.
